• Once you place your order, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. 
• Due to our workload, the processing time may be a bit shorter or longer, but most ship within 2-3 business days. 
• If you choose to recieve a proof , it will be emailed within 1-2 business day, and once you approve, we will print and ship within 2-3 business days.

USA orders - Ships via USPS

• If you choose FIRST CLASS MAIL during checkout, you will receive your order within 4-7 business days ( (this does not include any postal delays due to circumstances we cannot control).
• If you choose PRIORITY MAIL shipping during checkout, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days (this does not include any postal delays due to circumstances we cannot control.)
• We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time. 

• My #1 priority is happy customers, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me and we will work together on a solution that is satisfactory for both of us.
  
• If we made an error on your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at rellapaper@gmail.com and we will reprint and ship immediately.
  
• If the error was created on your end, you will have to make another purchase. Rella Paper cannot be held responsible for errors on the customer's end. You are responsible to ensure all information provided in the personalization and color selection fields is accurate.
